You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Townjams a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on the Platform.

5. Venues and Events

Townjams is a platform for discovering and organizing music events. We do not operate venues or produce events. Event organizers and venue owners are solely responsible for their events.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Townjams is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
